  • Became the team's cloud infrastructure and CI/CD specialist, the one other squads came to when delivery got stuck.
  • Designed and ran a scalable, self-hosted GitLab Runner platform on AWS EC2. It made pipelines more reliable and cut the maintenance load.
  • Set up Datadog observability across services and pipelines, so incidents got caught and fixed faster.
  • Led AWS migrations for several workloads and kept downtime low through the cutovers.
  • Drove the shift toward Azure. Workloads no longer ran on a single cloud.
